Do you to the nature of this being all conceptual for an album here is a little taster of those ideas and references that translate some of the ideas that melt across the eight track album.
























-- palms outstretched

Serene and calm - set in nature by a body of water - an ethereal state of being almost like the peace washed over with a self baptisim.
    


-- permission to love you

maybe black and white but also not necessarily or could be mixed - ‘i think we should figure this out’ and the instrumental as well reminded me of playing a board game and i though the visual element of chess was a cool reference - games set up in different places and in different styles like playing against yourself or as human chess pieces - its like an intillectual challenege that could be situated in the narrative before or after palms outstretched, in black and white its almost like a memory?


                
-- do you ever

this one has a nostalgic sense to it like remembering a relationship and small intimate moments - i thought that using a mix of projections in a bedroom intertwined with these little almost flashback memories of a relationship. in the climax and with certain points of the sound the mix of overlayed projection and performance creates this multimedia textural element that i could feel in my head as i listened to the song?! if that makes any sense

i thought that becky would be such a lovely showcase of women/people coming together. i think creating a little collective who have come together to enjoy each others space especially with the harmonies youve used in the song i think its a nice point in the album to introduce a group
of people who i think will nicely round up maybe in the last track. something really magical about it.
